02 — Refunds

Refund & Dispute Policy

Write Living Characters is a digital course. Because course materials are accessible immediately upon enrollment, the following policy applies:

• 7-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied, email us within 7 days of your purchase date for a full refund — no questions asked.
• After 7 days. Refunds are not available once more than 7 days have passed, except in cases of documented technical failure that prevented access.
• Technical issues. If you cannot access the course due to a platform problem, contact us immediately. We will resolve the issue or issue a refund if it cannot be corrected.

If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us before initiating a dispute with your card issuer. We are committed to resolving billing issues promptly.

03 — Returns

Return Policy

This business sells digital products only. No physical goods are shipped or sold. There is nothing to return. The refund policy above covers all purchases.

04 — Cancellation

Cancellation Policy

One-time purchases. The course is offered as a single one-time payment. There is no ongoing subscription. Once purchased, your access does not expire and there is nothing to cancel.

If a payment plan is offered. Should instalment options be made available, you may cancel future instalments at any time by contacting us at least 48 hours before the next payment date. Access continues until the end of the period covered by payments already made. Instalments already processed are non-refundable beyond the 7-day window above.

Legal & Export Restrictions

This course is offered to individuals worldwide for personal, non-commercial use. No export-controlled technology or regulated content is included. Purchase is available in all jurisdictions where digital educational products may be legally sold.

Purchase grants a personal, non-transferable licence to access the materials for your own writing development. Redistribution, resale, or reproduction in any form is prohibited.

06 — Promotions

Promotional Terms & Conditions

From time to time, discounts, coupon codes, or limited-time pricing may be offered. The following terms apply to all promotions:

• One code per customer. Promotional codes may be used once per customer and are non-transferable.
• Expiry. Each promotion carries a stated expiry date. Expired codes will not be honoured.
• No stacking. Promotional discounts cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.
• No retroactive application. Discounts apply only to new purchases made during the promotional period and cannot be applied to completed purchases.
• Subject to change. Promotional pricing reflects a temporary reduction. The standard price applies after the promotional period ends.
• Introductory pricing. Where founding-student or introductory rates are offered, such pricing is available only for the stated period or until the stated number of enrolments is reached, whichever comes first.
